The manual.exe include four files :
V400MAN.TXT : The text file include quick install and Q&A , in
	      Win95,98, OSR2
V4NT.TXT    : The text file include quick install and Q&A , in
	      Windows NT 4.0 .
Q-INS40     : This file must open by microsoft word , is quick install file.
