Enhancements:
1. New fan control scheme: The fan speed will be High/Low/Off when the measured temperature is at 49C/46C/43C
2. Add Unicode support on FTP client language list
3. UPnP AV server supports PS3

Problems Resolved:
1. Fix power management issue
2. Modify Time setting scheme and fix some issue of the Time Setting
3. Fix the DAS function support when connect the DNS-313 to a MAC OSX 10.5.2 as an USB drive
4. Fix UPnP AV cannot play over 4GB .ts file issue
5. Fix some GUI bugs
